Make IRL trade legal again.

Hello staff members and I hope you having good day, I'm kingggirannn and as an OG player (playing for over 8 years) and active user (over 600 votes) and also as a representative of all Iranian players in server highly recommend you to revise IRL trade rule again. in this suggestion I will tell the reasons and suggested solutions for the problem:

What happened to IRL trading?
A few months ago we got an update on EC rules that said any form of IRL trading is not allowed. the main reasons were "boosting" and "fraud" that was ruining game economy and balance.

Why should staff members revise this rule?
As an Iranian, I saw a lot of people doing irl trades to make money before the rule change because in Iran value of Euro is a lot and this could be a big motivation for players to play on EC. on the other hand players with high ranks like Nexus were able sell their extra vouchers to other players. after this rule change most of Iranian players decided to leave EC as they lost their motivation for it, and the rest of players decided to continue irl trading but keeping them secret to prevent punishments (and some of them are caught and punished as you know). They still accept the risk of 2 weeks of ban for a good irl money deal. the frauds and scams are still happening in server too but as IRL trade is illegal, the people who got scammed don't report these stuff.

What do we suggest instead of this rule?
Here we have 2 solutions for staff team to consider:
solution 1- make all types of IRL trade allowed, put responsibility of trade on players and clarify that no report will be accepted in these cases. this will encourage players to play, vote and build more on game so this will develop both server and balance of game.
solution 2 (recommended)- make voucher trading allowed. this means players are allowed to see vouchers for real money ON THEIR OWN RESPONSIBILITY again. this solution is a smart option because this tempts players to achieve Top HoF in each season so they will play and involve more. one of the good things with this suggestion is that this solution will NOT AFFECT game balance as it still doesn't let players to trade in-game stuff with real money.
