Remove Cutter Enchantment

This enchantment removes any point in upgrading armor at all. Everyone might as well wear protection 4 gold armor because itll end up on the ground anyways. Soulbound and any other armor enchantment is useless with Cutter in the game, even if it was a 0.5 chance its still broken. No point of building or buying sets above Nexus because ull be naked after 5 hits. There will be no PVP or fun PVP with this enchantment and almost everyone else agrees too.
