Remove Temper Enchant from towny and faction

I think everyone will agree with me that Temper is in a league of its own when it comes to unbalance, allowing to one shot gapped players wearing boss armor with a shredded sword that has temper 5. Let us calculate the damage and see why this enchant is an abominable concept which should be removed:

Shredded sword : ~20dmg
If you drop to half a heart: 20*(1.25)^19= 1400 dmg

With this setup you can kill a boss in 12 hits ..

As it stands the enchant's existence is unacceptable, either only allow level 1 like soulbound (even then it's pretty good) or remove it.
