Untie hall of fame from money

Assuming a town of 8 ranked people, their income from voting (2 minutes of effort each) is $70k * 8 = $560k per day. Over 2 weeks, $8million.

Let's now consider a town where 20 players are given the freedom to use their money as they see fit and only pay taxes. Let's say they owe $5k per day, an extreme amount, it's still $1.5m per 2 weeks
How many events do they have to work or battlepas keys do they have to earn to even make up the difference? My intuition is that it's not possible.


I suggest tying hall of fame not to money since it is highly coupled to votes, which is a boring arena to compete in and highly incentivizes alting, but silked ores, where dedication and work can move the needle.

If hof is not untied from money, I suggest at least reducing voting money earned by 20x, such it matters to work events or battlepasses, or buy legendary keys.
