Grant Phantom Rank Access to Exclusive Title Color Codes
Phantom rank players should be allowed to use special formatting codes—&k, &l, &m, &n, &o—in their titles. These unique codes would help visually distinguish Phantom players from Nexus and lower ranks at a glance.
Previously, when Nexus was the top rank, it stood out through perks like /color me and /pwarp promote. Now that Phantom has taken its place as the highest rank, it also deserves a feature that makes it instantly recognizable. Allowing these advanced color codes in titles would serve that purpose perfectly, even without the player explicitly using /title Phantom.
