Patching/silking issue

So basically right now when there are enemy nearby you legit cant do anything u cant silk/patch the walls or do anything and that stops people from being able to fix their base after being attempted even when shield is on u cant do anything,so our suggestion goes like this make it jailable/bannable for enemies to camp a base 30mins after the last shot has been fired and consider that the end of the raiding attempt.
