This plugin would make a towny map possible, it would have the following advantages:
-More organised player base
-Less maps in towny, wich means less lag
-More new players, and way more fun
-Towns and nation could also plan ahead which way they should expand
If the map would be accessable with a link on the website or a /map command that would be a lot of help.
