add water logged leaves to the shop make farms that need water easier to build

farms that require water and farmland are already hard enough to build they also need light and each chunk has 191 layers as opposed to something like cane that has only slightly above 100.
shop rotation was meant to make people build a bunch of diffrent farms but all they do is build mega cane farms and pray that it comes back into rotation, maybe making other farms easier to build will help bring more variety to the game's economy.
