Add enchanted items like mild enchanted then moderate enchanted and then super enchanted so basically let's say cobblestone (should bring for all items) I put 9 cobblestone in crafting table to make one mild enchanted cobblestone then 9 mild enchanted cobblestone to make one moderate enchanted cobblestone then putting 9 moderate enchanted cobblestone to make one super enchanted cobblestone and we can go from one super enchanted cobblestone to get 9 moderate enchanted cobblestone I hope you understand and this can be condensed in chunk collectors/spawner extractor and chest hoppers and add them in shop at the same price as the normal cobblestone it has no disadvantage will decrease hopper count too and it's like ecp friendly method both for server/admins/and players
