Warps and shops

I want to make possible to create a shop without a rank and to group all shops.
New additions:
Market - buy items without warping for the best price(only standard items). Basically a better auction
Room area - buy a room or stall to build something like XP farm or villager market. Stalls can be used only for selling custom items
DeliveryChest - delivery items to market/stall when activated
But all of these will require lots of tokens (except stalls/market)
You can change something, but make it without donations
