max Base limit

Hello dear Owner, I am inquiring about the rules on bases. It is apparent that the 15x15 maximum claim for your base includes the claims actually made for your base. If I understand correctly, If I am to make a 3x3 base, I can only have 12 chunks of walls. This is absolutely absurd limiting the amount of walls you can have based upon the size of your base, as there are already disadvantages to having a small or big base. I am requesting of you to rewrite the rules to include a buffer limit, the amount of claims that can be made from the end of your base-claims. Thank you for reading this.
