/toggle mention

currently there is no possible way to remove the sound of pings or remove the text u get in the screen ''stealself mention you!''

please allow players to do /toggle mention with the command or able to be toggled in /settings
so players who get tagged constantly have a bit of freedom, as some people get a LOT of tags and its very annoying to keep hearing it as content creator being trying to record ":D
