Add a #arts channel

Why? Well there MIGHT be some artist out there in Extremecraft. And so the server is not a savannah with a random tumbleweed rolling around

Also add Artist Role too and in-order to get it they must show that they have experience in drawing arts and make 1 art about EC to get access and send images in the #arts channel
