Anarchy...but 2B2T

Hey there! As some OGs might remember that there used to be a gamemode named "anarchy", and my suggestion is that to... return it pwease? Also if it is possible pls make it that there would be absolutly 0 rules in it, like i mean tpkilling be allowed same as hacks, and any type of thing that is illegal should be legal in it, but of course, not lag machines since it would make the gamemode unplayble, for everyone.
