/bb command: include exact event date

As we're bringing back or fixing the /bb, I wanted to suggest an improvement regarding the time information. Currently, it only mentions that the event happens every two months. It would be much easier for participants if the command provided the exact date of the next Build Battle. This would help avoid confusion, especially for those who do not use Discord. Knowing the exact date would ensure that builders don't miss the event.
