/ignore command

ye iknow that my previous suggestion was rejected but igot this one u will love it
as if some1 got ignored like as me (__WitherStorm__) ignored NxDs (example) NxDs Want me to unignore him but he cant so instead of asking people to tell me to unignore NxDs then ithought for a command named /ia (ignore appeal)
where the usage is /ia (Name) (message)
like nxds will type /ia __WitherStorm__ pls unignore iwont do it again (its just example so dont take it so serious) well thats all thx for reading :P
