I have a suggestion that you readd the old coustom enchants because they was better than the ones now

Today Im Suggesting A New CustomEnchant Its Jumper Like Speed But Its Give JumpBoost Its Have 3 Level Every Level Give JumpBoost 1 Its Give 1 More Each Level And Its For The Boots

enchantment level is 2.

This one could be really really good for Factions servers. Having your pickaxe enchanted with Obsidian Breaker enchantment would make it 25% faster to break an obisidan at the 1st level of the enchantment , 50% at the 2nd level , 75% at the third level and insta breaking obsidian at the 4th level.
