Buff mcmmo in towny

I have come to notice that mcmmo has been nerfed in towny. Swords don't sweep like before and also maces don't do much damage now completely making them useless in fights and less people it using it. Please buff mcmmo so swords and maces go back to useful and also because of this alot of people started to use axes which overpowers the sword making them a little less powerful. Please buff.. Clear Chest Tool

There is already a sell tool which sells all items that can be sold automatically, but when it comes to items that can’t be sold it is a real pain to manually remove them from chests.
Would a clear tool be possible? Like a sell tool but to clear all items from the chest?
Obviously it would need a confirm option, such as /ci currently does.
