Notification Suggestion

I think that the notification feature should be added to the forum. Like when your Ticket, Suggestion, Ban Appeal, Application, etc gets accepted or declined. That should be an awesome feature to really make the forum better.
Also, email notifications should be a thing too!

Hello, I want to suggest that when a user suggest a title, and that user's title gets accepted, he gets the title for free because like that you can award someone with that title...

[Vanished] Title Suggestion

I wanna suggest a Vanished title. Make it similar to the Shadow title but make it dark grey because i think it will look better!
