Add halloffame to slimefun

Slimefun is the only server that has no halloffame and a hof Will be a nice improvement that wold make players play slimefun.

Spawners SpawnLimit

Remove Spawner's spawn limit
what's the point of making a soul farm if we cant farm spawners from them+
now we have to grind souls to maintain them WTF ??????
