Easy to Bid on /ah

Instead of people saying "Selling [item] pm me bids. Highest price gets it" you can add a /bid command so players can bid easily. It is an auction plugin (not like /ah, a plugin in which you start an auction and people bid. I think FloAuction might work.

Title Suggestion

A new title name should be Tyrant and a crown next to it. Any color is fine with the title :D.
