Add Harvester in Towny

Please add Harvester into towny. The server is full of afkers and there is no way for some people to grind for hof. Adding Harvester will really help the newbies to grind and gain money too. Please consider the suggestion

New 'Tempest' Title

I would like to suggest a new title 'Tempest'.

Like, Tempest, would be a cool title that represents violent storms.
But most of all, this is related to Veldora Tempest and Rimuru Tempest.
