Command for donors

Hero+ should have /pshop (private shop). It will have everything in /shop just in a UI (buy, sell).

AFK improvement, shop items

Every time you end being AFK there needs to be massage "While you were AFK:" (island news). Kinda like the "While you were away" message...
Also PLEASE add glass to the shop (the price will be sand+coal)
