A new plugin

You should add a new plugin that would check people's ping and if its above 400 it will start checking their ping for every 5 seconds after the first check for a minute Therefore if player's ping dosent go down they would get kicked for Lag or high ping, its frustrating how people go /pvp with their ping over 400 and teleport around hitting everyone and you cant hit back.
