Transfering items(mainly votekeys) and balance to other servers

I feel like since there are game modes that people don't play a lot more (like anarchy, sky block, survival, acid island) that people have a lot of keys and balance in.

how about having the ability to transfer those items into other servers?

say for example: I have 10 vote keys in anarchy that I want to take them into opsurvival.

A useful popup that comes when new players join.

I feel like when new players join and do something wrong by accident or on accident they would often use the excuse of "I didn't read the rules of the server" to try to aid themselves. away from that. what I'm thinking is that when new players join. they get a popup that welcomes them to the server and links them to the rules section of the site or the more in-depth rules so that when ne.. [item] is pretty much used for showing weapons/items we have, its pretty much useless to put it in a rank for 80eu. please make it free for every1
