Ability to discuss suggestions

There should be a way to discuss suggestions, weather its to voice opinions or offer further improvements.
Upvotes and downvotes are too general and arent enough to voice an opinion about a certain suggestion.
Upvotes and downvotes are useful for title suggestions or the suggestions that are a strict yes/no, However there are suggestions that can be Improved or given reasons as to why people .. See more

cooldown after confirmation in /trade

adding like a 4 second cooldown after both parties in the trade accept the trade.
people attempt to scam using /trade and removing their item the last second, therefore a cooldown after the confirmation would give time to react.
