easyer spawners

every 500th zombie that you kill drops his spawner
every 1000th slime that you kill drops his spawner
every 500th pig that you kill drops his spawner
and soon...
i would be gratefull if you recognize my idea(is not my idea i got that from other smp but its goot idea)
