Private Chests

I feel like that making a Private chest should be available for all players not just extreme+ ranks

When I had first joinned EC (first server I’ve ever been on) I thought there would have been like a friending system. Since EC doesn’t have that yet I was wondering maybe if we could add one. Also I didn’t get this off Hypixel. I have thought about this before I was a premium account. Thanks for taking your time to read over this!
