In-game command: /giverank or /givetitle, confirmation, /confirmrank or /confirmtitle
Website: Your account > Ranks/Titles, Give > Confirm

Ban reset

Ban everyone who is ranked/titles, this will help them very much to learn, not to waste money if gonna hack.
