Minigames

Add a minigame dedicated lobby with one-on-one spleef, mini-uhc (2-8 players and a small map - 200blocks each direction from 0,0), death swap, parkour maps and maybe PvE
winning or playing any of the minigames will win you points, top players win perks or coupons just like with other gamemodes

EXP Boost

Make certain days or the week or occasionally put EXP BOOST to encourage people to play since it will be easier if there is an exp boost instead of just voting to get exp boost.

VOTING REWARDS

Many people are trying to get top voter in February because it has fewer days than any month so I think that 10people should get voting rewards rather than just 5people.

PUBG

Umm.. i've seen servers having this and when you join you need to download some things so like e.g elytra will look like parachute and stuff and I think that having different maps than just 1 is better. I hope I can enjoy a gamemode like that in this server too. :D
