Fix /spawnmobs villagers Chunk Limit Radius

Currently, using /spawnmobs villagers locks the limit for the target chunk and all 8 surrounding chunks in a $3 \times 3$ area, blocking adjacent chunks even if they are empty.Please change this limit check to be strictly per-chunk instead of radius-based. We have 8 wands, 6 of which are completely useless
Alchemist wand, crusher wand, energy wand, dynamite wand, experience wand, and crystallizer wand could use some improvement so they are no longer throw away items, which would then stimulate the economies and give players more incentive to vote and use their rewards.

You dont want to add proxy servers, we get it, but why is the server at the other side of europe?
Just make the servers closer to asia, thats where most of the player base is located, there are only a few people in America that play ec, its so laggy and bad for people living in asia, even if it is good in other stuff, 300ms has became normal for me, make the server closer, dont change anything .. To be honest, axes are way too op in towny when you have mcmmo.
The only way you can farm mcmmo in axes is using warden farms, and you can barely find any because most of the world is custom generated so its quite rare to find a deep forest, or if you somehow find one it is claimed. Petition to Ban atocubla, a no life tp killer

I'd like to make this petition to ask that Atocubla be banned from the server.
