Improving Ping with Proxy Routing

I want to suggest a way to improve the high ping and lag issues that many international players face due to bad network routing.Could the server look into using services like TCPShield or NeoProtect? Like u get Mini coins/Nuggets if I get 3rd/2nd/1st in bossfight or Events these Nuggets/mini coins can be collected to make 1 coin like maybe 20 nuggets or even higher for 1 coin

Fix /spawnmobs villagers Chunk Limit Radius

Currently, using /spawnmobs villagers locks the limit for the target chunk and all 8 surrounding chunks in a $3 \times 3$ area, blocking adjacent chunks even if they are empty.Please change this limit check to be strictly per-chunk instead of radius-based. VIP player get free afk, make it so VIP players should receive ads every 10 minutes while afk to remind them they could have bought the higher rank instead.

Make wands useful! :D

We have 8 wands, 6 of which are completely useless
Alchemist wand, crusher wand, energy wand, dynamite wand, experience wand, and crystallizer wand could use some improvement so they are no longer throw away items, which would then stimulate the economies and give players more incentive to vote and use their rewards.

Bring back OP SURVIVAL please it was just so peak and many players quit without ops and I too quit instead of OP SURVIVAL you added NEO which ruined the fun by economy inflation and other items in OPS and you just make it like the golden days please

Change the server location

You dont want to add proxy servers, we get it, but why is the server at the other side of europe?
Just make the servers closer to asia, thats where most of the player base is located, there are only a few people in America that play ec, its so laggy and bad for people living in asia, even if it is good in other stuff, 300ms has became normal for me, make the server closer, dont change anything .. Add a Nickname (/nn) Command feature for Phantom Rank

I would like to suggest adding a /nn (nickname) command for users with the Phantom Rank. This feature would allow Phantom members to set or change their own nickname within the server yk.

idea: let enderpearls stay forever without despawning so we can make statis chambers and other fun stuff that could shape how the server oparates possitevly

Command /find helps you find people throughout the whole Extremecraft server such as:
- Friend/s you forgot to add
- Person you talked to the other day
- Specific person you want to ask a question
- Etc...
This makes it easy for players to find a person they need without having to check every gamemode and the whole player list in it.

a lot of people like me, who were active players in OpSurvival, dearly miss the gamemode. i believe it would be an extremely good idea bringing it back. some might say however, “isn’t NeoSurvival supposed to be the new season of OpSur?” technically not, as Ops was a temporary gamemode and the two have a lot of things that differentiate them;
