I HIGHLY suggest putting the discount back on the store. How do you expect kids to purchase at these high rates? I am NOT a kid, and even I wont buy anymore keys/rank at these prices. I keep seeing players talk about how this server is dead. It will only be better if there is a websitr/link or even a option where can we view what perks/rank we have . because i forget what title and pets or lobby perks do my account have as i came back to play minecraft extremecraft after like months/years

Anti Spam/Sabotage for suggestions system

There is lot of alters that they spamming inappropriate suggestions in the website everyday
And there is a high chance the amount of website saboteurs increase day by day.
So I suggest you to add an anti alt system for the ec's website, that only whoever joined server about above 1 month, can make suggestions.
And the banned players whoever got banned permanently don't have permission.. See more

i cant buy from the store my only method was xsolla and it is not there anymore and i cant buy anything anymore
paysafe ,paymentwall ,paypal
are all unfortunetly blocked in my country :(
so i suggest if u add xsolla again or add more ways to pay ;D!

Suggestion Viewers (Extremecraft Job)

and add it in you're server too, 'cause it won't work with just random IP

Just a Suggestion.

Hallo! I am HoneyDce.
I have a suggestion.
Since our friends whom we have might have not seen in a long time change their name without us knowing it, Why not add a search column in "Username Changes" so search for old usernames of people?

In the Search, suppose someone can write "HelloYoungMan" (My old name) Then it will show my new name (HoneyDce) So that they can finally interact again.

staffs that read suggestions probably moderators+

and only small amount of player on staff that is moderator+

so, please make a new application, and its "Suggestion Manager"

please add more staff to read the suggestion..... even my 1 year ago suggestion still open! What do you want to do if you just ignore suggestions? im sure there is more open suggestion than rejected + shortlist + accepted, please take a look at suggestions, there is lot of good suggestion and staffs ignore it, like how to fix EC, and rejected, if you see the chart, we can see in 2020-2021 EC los.. New staff roles

Ec should have a staff role that looks at website reports - suggestions and a discord moderator role.

Advertising

Make Inapp advertising an instant perm ban (because they broke 2 rules) & make normal advertising first offense 3 Week ban 2nd offense perm ban. They shouldn't have THREE chances to advertise.

Suggestions should be replied

I think every suggestion should atleast be replied within a period of 1 week or so as one cannot wait for long to know that his/her suggestion has been read/considered. so only replying to some of them, I suggest each of them should be replied .

Avoiding good suggestions

I like how you guys avoid good suggestion and reply to the false ones. What Im saying is you should at least say that we are on it or something so I know if i gotta check everyday to see if it got answered.

Suggestion: actually do something with the suggestions

I see that 80% of the suggestions that get a response get "rejected" or "closed" but almost all real suggestions never get a reply.
I like to think about ways to improve the server, but I feel almost all substantive suggestions never get a response.

Add More currencies

I live in India but there is NO currency for India.

Make an Option where we can select our own currency.

Please add more payment options like Paytm etc......

Shop

I know there's Euro, US Dollar, and the Australian dollar at the shop, maybe can you add the PHP or Philippine Peso? Because there are many Filipinos playing the server and I think it's easy for the Filipinos if you add the PHP on your shop because we don't need to change our money to Euros.
