Add new gamemodes to the server

Add this modes if you can:

-Death Swap
-Block Shuffle
-manhunt
-hitmen

Note: please make it so players can join to 20+ players in 1 game "party", and party leader can change the starting time and the time for the runner in hitmen

i whould suggest to make 50% discount so more people whould buy ranks and stuff because now not much people buy stuff here because its not very cheap but if you make 50% discount i think more people whould buy and you whould make profit, also im only waiting 50% off so i could buy ranks.
