Make it so people can spend there coins in lobby and get Tittles lets say tittles have 0,1% chance to get and pet 0,001% chance to get it will make people vote more and everyone knows that voting will help this server ;D or atleast make it so coins can be used in other servers to buy ingame money,spawners,gear etc... or atleast add Tokens that can be spend in servers for buying equipment getting.. Make it so cobblestone genarators are custom so everytime u break a cobble there is a chance other material,block appear or when u type /is u can upgrade ur cobblestone generator.Create a pet/villager/mob that will collect weat or carrots or pottatos and replace them when u right click that pet u can collect materials he collected by now!
