When I open my vote crates I do /blocks to compact all the resources from them to add them to my island level. /blocks is a great feature, but it dosen't compact quartz into quartz blocks. please make it so the /blocks command compacts quartz into quartz blocks.

I would like to request a "BusinessPerson" title,like the "BusinessMan" and "BusinessWoman" title but for those who do not want to be identified on their gender. The colour would be what most people would think of as a "Gender neutral" colour. (brown, grey, etc.)
