Spawners should become a tiny bit more common

you should intruduce a way to get more spawners, just getting them from vote keys drives away some players. And if you are attempting to get is top 1- 5 and your behind 1 million its almost impossible based off the production from the top players. Whoever reads this please reason with this idea, because I think there a ton of players in opsky who wants spawners more its not "op enough'
