for this command you will need to have the nexus rank, called /combinebooks
Meaning if you had 2 protection III books
And some exp 2 of the prot 3 books will get combined and it will be a prot 4 book, with consuming some exp

I have a suggestion that you readd the old coustom enchants because they was better than the ones now
