When you misgen obsidian you have to mine it out for ages, and if you misgen an entire wall without noticing it, it could mess you up real bad and you'll have to mine out the obsidian which would take quite a bit of time even if you "trench" it with TNT, I think adding some sort of tool that would be able to instantly break obsidian (for example an enchanted obsidian that would just insta br.. The max range on /f buyfillnearbytnt and /f fillnearbytnt is currently capped to 32, i think it should be increased to about 50 because it would make it easier to refill dispensers with tnt while cannoning, and it would be easier to make sure you didnt miss any dispensers while filling them (missing filling dispensers with TNT could result in your cannon blowing up)

Allow us to give perms to our allies to do /top and /jump within our territory, could solve a bunch of problems (mainly the two factions or more claiming the same cannon box so everybody could do /top and /jump, when two or more factions claim the same cannon box they are breaking the rules and adding these commands might help reduce the amount of times this rule break is happening).
