Website updates:
- Fixed typos and performance issues
- Fixed skins and improved loading times, now with proper cache
- Overall website should now load waaaaaaaay faster ;)

If you find any issues or bugs don't forget to report them so we can fix them :)

Factions server update:
- Boats and Minecarts can not be placed in enemy territory
- Back and Logout locations expire in 12 hours
- New /f top, check out /f topinfo for more info
- Added /f gui
- Faction Vault and Chest are now different containers, with different F Permissions
- Mining and placing fees were removed
- Fixed ice forming (water won't turn into ice anymore)
- Various bug fixes and performance improvements
