You should be able to give the admins stwr 0-5 after they solve your problem and you should be able to rate them on the website too, and if the admins get enough points from being ranked high then they can get goodies.

Make suggestions private like the tickets, i don't see any point in publishing people's suggestion; suggestions votes are being ignored, as a good example you can see top suggestions a guy who has 140 upvotes on it and it's rejected and opposite of it a suggestion had like 160 dislikes and it got accepted, the suggestion was from an admin but staff members removed the downvotes from .. I understand making it based on luck and selection if it was like top 10 and top 11 having same votes but why would you do it if they have higher votes that's unfair for the highest voters they voted daily and at the end they didn't win it's basic at any hof the highest win what's the point of voting if it was randomly

Dislike botted suggestions

Allowing people to upvote or down vote suggestions could be made so that who have been registered for more than a certain time(maybe months?)

The player offenses at the site

I don't agree with removing all the player offense in the site at all, Not just after 90 days, I'm not asking to make it longer i'm asking to show all the player offenses from his first day at the server and never remove it from the site, The 90 days thing is made for in game /offense or discord /account, staff applications, But in the site we have to be able to see all the player of.. Reporting system

I think staffs should handle the reports more carefully and patiently
Sometimes you spend a lot of your time for providing evidence to report a blatant rule breaker, and after 10 minutes your report gets closed as "inapp/invalid report/missing info" also when you submit a new one with more details they just close it as duplicate reports.
This issue is also common in suggestions and tickets too.. See more
